A Happier and Healthier Me

  There was a time when I was very depressed and felt like there is no meaning in my life; I felt that the sole reason for me to live on was for my kids. Self talk and motivation worked only for a short time hence I was in a vicious cycle of mood swings. I knew that I had to do something for my body and soul that was under perpetual abuse. In order to counter my constant fatigue, anxiety, frustration and anger, I decided to pick up qi gong. I joined Tai Ji Men to learn qi gong because of a very cheerful friend who inspired me. People in Tai Ji Men are always happy and in turn make me happy!

 

  I have practiced qi gong for about 5 months and I felt more energized; I no longer need long naps in the day. In addition, I can now better control my temper and am able to think more positively. I still have a lot more to learn and discover but I know that I am learning a life long skill that I can bring with me anytime, anywhere. Thank you Shi Fu! Thank you Tai Ji Men!
